Review and Approve Minutes of 7/20/26 meeting Motion to approve, Sherry Powers, second Andrea Schadel. Motion carried unanimously.
Ministerial Training Fund Second Distribution Update Motion to accept distribution report and approve as submitted for fall of 2026, and revisit the formula for 2027 distributions Burt Palmer, second Jane Finley. Motion carried unanimously

● CLM Subcommittee:
○ Motion from CLM subcommittee, recommends approval of
Truett/MidTexas CLM Program. Motion carried unanimously.
● Committee on Approval
○ Motion from COA to accept Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary for a full six year approval. Motion carried unanimously.
Ministry & Education Legislation Discussion
● Thadius Sales joined us for an overview of the legislation pertaining to the Ministry Higher Education Commission.
