Connectional Council Report, Mike Schafer:
• Thanks to the GCC for all you’ve done to make GC’26 happen
Assembly of Bishops, Bishop Greenway:
• May the presence of the spirit be with us all
Event Project Manager, Becci:
• Many delayed and cancelled flights
• Motion by Beth Ann, seconded by Mary for the GMC to pay for any rebooking flight fees due to cancellations or airline issues. GMC will not pay rebooking fees for missed flights or no shows when the passenger was responsible. Approved.
• Change in wristband designations: Yellow wrist bands - all get meals • Many US delegates did not register their spouses, so we are at capacity! Only enough for around 11 walk-ins per day.
Worship Team, Tesia:
• No report
Translation/Interpretation, Bill:
• Working on last minute details; Kudo tech arrives soon.
Missions, Tim:
• Sorting food in Soweto; four trucks and trailers
Housing/Logistics, James:
• Seedbed shipment still not arrived.
Legislative, Tom:
• On track
Petitions, Lamar:
• On track
Agenda, Norma:
• On track
Finance, Molly:
• Received most of deposit back from the potential Nigeria hybrid - $20,000 returned
Exhibitors/Sponsors, Mack (Bridget):
• Exhibitors set up tomorrow
Hospitality/Volunteers, Stacy:
• Working to greet all persons at the airport and coordinating shuttles.
International Relations, Elie:
• Grateful that most VISAs came through for Nigeria and the DRC
Credentialing/Registration, Carol:
• Thank you!
• Ready to roll - even with yarn as the lanyards!

• All good!
