Members Present: Bishop Jones, Bishop Gregory, Clark Atkins, Lori Smith, Teresa Marcus, Mickey Wheeler, Bill Brown, Stephanie Malone, Bradley DeHaven, Elizabeth Sullivan
The meeting opened at 7:02 am with prayer by Mickey Wheeler. We shared our experiences and joys at General Conference, particularly with the approval of the Articles of Faith.
The Global Inquiry Team is receiving some inquiries from Cuba. Those will be forwarded to Bishops responsible for that area. Four clergy were approved for ordination in the Global Methodist Church. There were no church applications for approval.
New Business included the unanimously approved of the Brazil TCAT application. After some discussion regarding training grants for newly forming annual conferences and the use of funds for commission members traveling to international developing annual conferences, the first pass of the 2027 budget was unanimously approved.
The next meeting will be October 15, 2026 (Tentative) at 07:00 AM (Central Daylight Savings Time Zone US); 1:00 PM Central African Republic Time; 3:00 PM Kenya Time; 8:00 PM Philippines Time
